Long day
I get so irritated when i have to measure blood pressure of patients wearing clothes with tight fitting sleeves which won't role up enough or if they manage to roll up, it will be so tight that a cuff won't be needed to occlude the brachial artery!!!!
To top things off the BP Apparatus of the respiratory medicine department gives abnormally high readings too!!!*aaarrghhhh!!!! I am so irritated.

if it tight fitting does it even need to be rolled ? im not a doctor so ireally dont know and just asking
Yes,it has to be.Especially if one is wearing layers of clothes due to the weather. :)
How can you measure blood pressure with a faulty device? Knowingly using it is criminal behaviour.
You also need to take some anger management classes if you get irritated by the dresses of patients.
YOu need to learn PATIENCE.
